Our choice of broth is always the combination of plain and tom yam. As anyone know the key to a good steamboat is always in it's broth. This place serves an awesome tom yam broth. But beware since the broth must be steaming hot plus with the spicyness the tom yam will burn a hole in your lips after 4 to 5 minutes of constant consumption. What can i say my wife and myself love the sensation.
As for the ingredients we feel that most steamboats are the same. You will find the common stuff like tofu, vegetable, fish, prawns, fishballs (various types), mushrooms, eggs and noodles (Mee Hoon and Yee Mee).
(I have removed the foo chok that is put on top)
By the way while waiting for the broth to come to a boil we have ordered some barbequed chicken wings. I personally would like my barbeque chicken wings to be on the sweet side (honey). From the scaleof 1 to 10 (10 being the best) i will put it at 6. The unique part of this place is that each steamboat restaurant will have their own chicken wing barbeque stall which is not allowed to cross sell.
The cost is calculated by per pax at RM13.50. I am wondering where shall we wonder to next?
